ERIC DICKERSON GETS FA LONG SERVICE AWARD 
Ipswich Exiles Secretary Eric Dickerson has been presented with the FA Long Service Award in recognition of his 50 years service to football.
SIL Life Member Eric was presented with his award by Suffolk County FA Chief Executive and FA Delegate Martin Head at the recent SIL AGM.

SIL WELCOME KINGSLEY HEALTHCARE AS LEAGUE SPONSOR 
The Suffolk and Ipswich League welcome Kingsley Healthcare as the new main sponsor of the league. They have agreed to sponsor the league for the next three seasons.
Kingsley Healthcare are part of Kingsley Healthcare Group and have 19 care homes spread across Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex, Bedfordshire and, most recently, Dorset.
The homes provide care and support for a range of people, for example elderly residential, nursing, dementia care and learning disabilities. Somersham FC are seeking a Reserve Team Manager.

SIL CONSTITUTION FOR 2009/10 ANNOUNCED
The SIL Constitution for 2009/10 has been approved at the AGM.
One team, Ipswich United, has resigned since the end of last season and, with a slight improvement in referee numbers, 7 new teams have been elected - Westerfield United 'A', Aldebugh Town Res, AFC Crowley Res, Trimley Red Devils Res, Ipswich Rovers, Cedars Park and Felixstowe Harpers.
The last 3 are completely new Clubs to the SIL- Felixstowe Harpers are an established Sunday League side, Ipswich Rovers will play at Gainsborough SC and Cedars Park are from Stowmarket.
Al the new teams will enter in Division 6 resulting in a shuffling of teams up through the lower divisions.
